Hester Pooles

Hester Pooles currently serves as Lead Counsel for B2T at Vodafone, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Hester was with The AA from May 2019 to July 2025, initially starting as Senior Legal Counsel, then serving as Head of Legal and Interim Head of Legal. Experience also includes a tenure at TalkTalk as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel from June 2013 to May 2019, and a brief period as Solicitor at Global in mid-2013. The legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at Berwin Leighton Paisner from February 2011 to March 2013, followed by a secondment at Tesco, and earlier roles as a Paralegal and Researcher in 2010. Academically, Hester holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Bristol, alongside completing the LPC at the College of Law.
