Hilary Duke

Hilary Duke is a seasoned professional with expertise in AI chatbot and voicebot optimization, currently serving as a Product Owner for TOBi Voice at Vodafone since August 2020. With a strong background in customer journey design, NLU/CLU maintenance, and UX/UI design implementation, Hilary has also contributed to HR strategy transformation, focusing on hybrid working environments and diversity initiatives. Previous roles include a Digital Care Specialist at Vodafone, where efforts were directed towards process improvement and enhancing digital self-care experiences for customers, as well as earlier positions in hospitality and volunteer research in neuroscience. Hilary holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from UCD Professional Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by international study at the University of Groningen.
