Iro Melliou

Iro Melliou is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both corporate and consulting environments. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of Centres of Expertise at Vodafone since September 2016, Iro has developed a robust background in people management. Prior to Vodafone, Iro held several positions at KPMG Greece from October 1996 to September 2016, including Director of People Services and Senior Manager, focusing on projects related to performance management, reward management, and talent management across various sectors. Iro holds a Master’s degree in Management Learning from Lancaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
