Jan Schlenker

Jan Schlenker is a Senior Expert in Service Innovation at Vodafone, where they work with a team of 65 developers to enhance customer service operations. Previously, as a Product Owner in the CRM Transformation Program, Jan managed the functional and technical development of customer notifications, refining their leadership and communication skills. Jan’s early career at Unitymedia as a Web Producer involved developing a pan-European content management system, where they honed their Agile practices and customer-centric approach.
