Jason Hamer has extensive experience in service management and IT operations, demonstrated through various leadership roles at prominent companies. At Vodafone, Jason has worked in Service Management Architecture and Governance as well as Service Transformation, Operations, and ITSM Process Lead. Previous positions include Head of Service Management and User Support at Xchanging, Head of Corporate IT at Wonga.com, Service Operations Manager at ITV, and Senior Manager of IT Operations at Colt Technology Services, where Jason also served as Manager of Incident and Problem Management and Service Delivery Manager. Jason's educational foundation was established at Harvey Grammar School, where attendance spanned from 1981 to 1989.
