Jay French

Jay French has extensive experience in network delivery and data analytics, currently serving as a Networks Authority and Network Delivery Specialist at Vodafone since January 2019. Responsibilities include performance and process improvement for various suppliers, managing fibre performance through key metrics, and utilizing AWS for automation projects. Jay also has a background as a Data Network Engineer, contributing to the UK’s 5G launch program. Prior experience includes working as a Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft, where Jay built dashboards using Power-BI and SQL Server Management Studio, and organized workshops for customers. Jay's career began at DADS SHOP LIMITED as a Sales Assistant. Jay holds educational qualifications from the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
