Joseph O'Rourke

Joseph O'Rourke currently serves as the Interim Head of Legal at Vodafone, a position held since July 2023 on secondment. Prior to this role, Joseph O'Rourke has extensive experience at McCann FitzGerald, holding various positions from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Group since April 2011. Additional experience includes a role as a Paralegal at Thomas O' Dwyer & Co Solicitors from September 2005 to March 2011 and membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators from June 2011 to 2015. Joseph O'Rourke has been educated at University College Dublin, acquiring a Bachelor of Civil Law, a Diploma in Arbitration Law, and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law, along with a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Project & Program Management from the Institute of Project Management.
