Mai Khater

Mai Khater is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Vodafone since January 2024, Mai previously held the role of Senior Technical Product Manager at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included working with Mastercard. Prior to that, Mai worked at Fiserv as a Business Analyst II and at Codec Ireland as an IT Business Analyst. Early career highlights include a position as Senior Business Analyst at NTG Clarity, where outsourcing to Etisalat Masr occurred, and as Senior Business Analyst at TE-Data, leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the company’s enterprise business. Mai holds a CBAP certification in business analysis from IIBA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Zagazig University.
