Trevor Gomes BEM BCAe (Assoc. CIPD) is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in digital analytics, coaching, and youth mentoring, currently serving as a Digital Analyst at Vodafone since March 2022. As the Founder and CEO of RISE Coaching and Mentoring and the ELEVATE Youth Mentoring Programme, Trevor has developed impactful programs that enhance the aspirations and skills of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. With previous experience at BT in various analytical roles and mentoring initiatives, Trevor has consistently demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights to support organizational goals and improvement. Additionally, Trevor has contributed to educational governance at Christ The King Sixth Form College and has a strong academic foundation with CIPD qualifications in People Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Westminster.
