Céline Daubresse is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at CluePoints since January 2022, overseeing employee experiences and culture. Previously, Céline held various roles including VP People at CluePoints and sentiance, focusing on employee attraction and engagement. As a consultant in people strategy and organizational transformation at Vodelio, Céline has contributed to significant projects in the pharmaceutical sector. Céline's extensive career includes a decade at Carmeuse Europe, where major achievements included workforce planning and cultural transformation as VP HR Europe and HR Manager. Céline co-founded Trigghr, a recruitment platform, and holds a Master’s degree in psychology from Université catholique de Louvain.
