Paul Cross

Paul Cross has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Paul has held various finance leadership roles in different companies and industries.

Paul started their career as a Finance Manager at Measurex in 1989, where they managed finance operations in the UK and Benelux.

Later, they joined 3Com and held multiple positions, including Profitability Manager, Operations Director, and Finance Director for EMEA. During this time, they were responsible for improving margins, managing large deals, and providing financial decision support.

In 2010, they moved to HP Networking as Finance Director and was involved in developing and launching the HPNetworking Utility Advantage Program. Paul also played a crucial role in integrating 3Com and HP Finance personnel.

Following their tenure at HP, they joined A10 Networks as Finance Director for EMEA and LATAM. Paul built a robust finance function and expanded their responsibilities to include managing commercial and operational functions.

In 2016, they joined Unit4 as Finance Director for the UK and Ireland region. Paul focused on stabilizing the finance function and building a finance team that supported business partnering.

From 2019 to 2020, they served as CFO at Velocix, a leading provider of content delivery solutions. Paul played a key role in making video streaming more personalized and unique for viewers.

Paul then joined Volaris Group briefly as CFO before transitioning to TOMIA as Group CFO. Paul successfully managed the onboarding and reorganization of TOMIA as CFO before handing over to a full-time finance leader.

Their most recent role was CFO at Lumine Group, where they played a crucial role in managing the finances of a group of companies involved in communications and media software.

Currently, they are working as the Chief Financial Officer at Vodeno, a banking-as-a-service and embedded finance platform business based in Belgium and Poland.
