Jim Hussey

Jim Hussey has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Jim currently serves as the Director at Vodori. Prior to joining Vodori, they spent almost two years as the Special Advisor to the Chairman/Acting US President at MorphoSys AG where they were responsible for assisting the Chairman with commercialization strategies and other corporate priorities.

Before their time at MorphoSys, Jim served as the Executive Vice President at Athenex overseeing global commercial operations for the organization which had presence in both the US and China. Prior to their role at Athenex, Jim served as the President at Sagent Pharmaceuticals where they were responsible for generic injectable pharmaceuticals.

Jim Hussey began their pharmaceutical career as the VP of Strategic Planning at Ovation Pharmaceuticals where they worked on specialty pharmaceuticals before becoming the CEO of NeoPharm, Inc. where they were responsible for biotechnology and cancer drug discovery. After a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, Jim started their own consulting company where they served as President for nearly 2 years before returning to the industry as a consultant for self-employed. Jim's most recent role was as Chief Executive Officer of NanoInk, Inc. from January 2008 to February 2013.

Jim Hussey has a Master Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BS in Pharmacy from Butler University. Jim is certified by the Indiana Board of Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist.
