Lauren Walker (Woods)

Lauren Walker (Woods) has extensive experience in customer success, project delivery, and digital strategy. Lauren began their career in 2015 as an Asset and Liability Management Intern for Allianz Life - Allianz Investment Management LLC. In 2016, they worked as a Digital Strategy & Interactive Consultant for IBM. In 2017, they joined Vodori as a Senior Consultant, Project Delivery and subsequently held roles as Customer Success Manager, Manager, Customer Success, and Senior Manager, Customer Success.

Lauren Walker (Woods) obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016, majoring in Finance, Risk Management & Insurance. Lauren also studied International Finance at ESCI-UPF during the 2015 academic year. Prior to that, they attended Wayzata High School from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn and IBM, including "How to Serve Customers Using Social Media" from LinkedIn in October 2016 and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
