Paul Barborka

Paul Barborka's work experience includes roles at voestalpine and A.T. Kearney. At voestalpine, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer for the Business Unit Aerospace Plattform, where they were responsible for managing the commercial activities. Paul also worked as the Managing Director for three companies within the voestalpine eifeler group, overseeing approximately 380 employees across six production locations in Germany. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility and focused on refining steel and carbide and designing and constructing high-tech coating plants. Additionally, they served as the Head of International Business Development and Organization for the High Performance Metals Division, where they worked on optimizing sales and EBIT. Prior to their roles at voestalpine, Paul Barborka worked as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where they led consulting projects in Europe and the USA with a focus on various industries such as automotive, machinery and plant engineering, and high tech. Paul specialized in areas such as supply chain management, strategy, sales & marketing, strategic purchasing, operational excellence, and cost optimization.

Paul Barborka attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
