Peter Strigoi - Szabo's work experience begins in 2006, when they worked as a CRO (commercial retail operations) operations specialist at Global E-Business Operations Center LTD. In 2007, they became the owner of SC Tilia Trade SRL, where they were responsible for project coordination, equipment and spare parts sales, service coordination, marketing, and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a regional representative at Hifi Filter. Peter joined ESAB in 2015 and held multiple roles, including Inside Sales Specialist and Order to Cash Specialist. In their roles at ESAB, they were responsible for customer contact, sales reports, promotions, and collaboration with various divisions within the company. Since 2021, they have been working at voestalpine as the Customer Service Team Lead.

Peter Strigoi - Szabo received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from the years 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 2011 to 2013.
