Voetbal Vlaanderen
Johan Voortmans is an experienced sports professional currently serving as Zaakvoerder at Preventec since January 2024. In addition to this role, Johan has been involved with KRC Genk as a Trainer/Coach for the U15 Elite team since July 2022. Johan has also contributed to Voetbal Vlaanderen as a Coach Educator for UEFA A, UEFA A Youth Elite, and UEFA B since January 2012. With a long-standing position as a Teacher of Physical Education and Sports at Heilig Hart Bree since January 2001, Johan has a strong background in education. Previous coaching roles include Trainer/Coach for U14 Elite at Lommel SK businessclub and for U14/U15 Elite at KRC Genk. Johan holds a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Sports from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and has obtained various coaching licenses from the Royal Belgian Football Association, including UEFA A and B licenses and a Talentscout qualification.
