Koen Verlinden

Koen Verlinden is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and psychology. Currently serving as a Gastprofessor and Coordinator of A&O-psychologie at Hogeschool PXL since August 2023, Verlinden has also held the position of Referee Observer at Voetbal Vlaanderen since June 2022 and Advisor HR at the Cabinet of Vice Prime Minister Petra De Sutter since November 2020. Previously, Verlinden worked at the FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning from March 2017 to October 2020 as an Expert/Project Manager, focusing on the recruitment and development of federal employees. Prior to that, Verlinden served as a provisional Executive Director at SELOR from July 2002 to February 2017, where responsibilities included developing strategic visions for recruitment and talent management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hogeschool PXL.
