Shane Blais

Chief Customer Officer at Voga Coffee

Shane Blais has held various roles in the service and customer relations industry since 1993. Shane began their career as a Service Technician at AmeriGas Propane before moving on to Service Manager at RTI in 1998. In 2001, they became the Director of Technical Services and Training at FETCO, where they were responsible for refining processes in Technical Support and streamlining the Parts Department's processes. From 2010 to 2014, they held various roles at Rancilio Group North America, including Project Manager, Key Account Technical Manager, Aftersales Manager, and Consultant. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Franke Coffee Systems as Technical Program Manager and After Sales Director. Most recently, they have been the Chief Customer Officer at Ground Control since 2022.

Shane Blais attended Harper College from 1991 to 1993, studying Refrigeration.
