Firas Shtyah

Firas Shtyah has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. Firas is currently working at Vogacloset as the Chief Technology Officer since March 2023, and previously held the position of Director of Technology since January 2022. Prior to Vogacloset, Firas worked at Aramex for over 14 years, starting as an IT Officer in November 2008 and progressing to become a Senior Network Infrastructure Member in 2011. Firas was then promoted to IT Specialist Manager in February 2014, where they led a team in optimizing network infrastructure. In April 2018, Firas was appointed as the Regional IT Manager, responsible for setting and executing IT strategy and managing a team of 6 IT Executives.

Firas Shtyah completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Jordan, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Firas has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2010, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) through Cisco. In March 2011, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification. In June 2015, they achieved the CCNA Datacentre certification from Cisco. Firas Shtyah further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining various certifications from LinkedIn. Firas completed the Change Management Foundations and Scrum: The Basics certifications in December 2019. In November 2019, they acquired the Digital Transformation certification. Additionally, in May 2020, they completed the Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines and Programming Foundations: Databases certifications through LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2019, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
