Sunaina Paintal

Sunaina Paintal is the current Head of Legal at Vogo. Sunaina has previously worked as an Associate at J. Sagar Associates, where they advised corporate clients on issues relating to foreign direct investment, startup ventures, employment issues, and corporate commercial issues. Sunaina also co-authored a paper on the amendments made to the Companies Bill, 2011 and its impact on corporates. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Sanctuaries for Families, where they researched and drafted a memorandum on human trafficking laws in the US.

Sunaina Paintal's educational career began at Delhi Public School Noida, where they completed their science stream degree. Sunaina then went on to ILS Law College Pune to obtain their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and finally completed their education at New York University School of Law.
