Gihan de Silva

Gihan De Silva is a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager at Voguetex (PVT) LTD since September 2020, overseeing all quality-related areas. Previously, Gihan held multiple roles at Eddie Bauer from February 2014 to August 2020, including Production Technician + FCA In-Charge, where responsibilities included FCA training and factory evaluations across Sri Lanka, India, and Bangladesh, as well as technical support for production issues. Gihan started in the industry with various positions in quality management and product development, beginning as a Quality Assurance Officer at Scan Lanka International in 2004 and advancing through roles at Aitken Spence Garment, Hela Clothing, and Tacwear Asia. Gihan holds a degree in Production Organization and Management from the University of Moratuwa.
