Jennifer Schmid-West

Jennifer Schmid-West is currently the HR Partner for DACH at Voi Technology. Jennifer has been with the company since January of 2020 and in their current role since August of 2022. Prior to their current position, they were the Senior People Business Partner at Voi Technology. Before that, they were with clyso GmbH as the Interim Senior Executive Recruiter/Advisor. Jennifer was with stampay GmbH from March of 2012 to June of 2017 as the Head of HR & Finance. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic development and implementation of personnel planning, as well as the coordination of payroll accounting and compliance with labour and employment laws.

Jennifer Schmid-West has a M. Sc. in Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen, a B.Sc. in Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen, and is a Systemic Counselor (SInA-ISB) from the Systemic Institut Augsburg.
