Piotr Kempa currently holds the position of Head of AI Division at Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. where Piotr focuses on creating smart voicebots and chatbots for customer service. With a background in natural language understanding and contact center automation, Piotr has experience as a NLU consultant at Unicorn NLP and as the Owner of primebot.pl. Prior to their current role, Piotr also worked as the CTO at teleboty.pl and conducted research at SentiOne. Piotr's career includes managing software and hardware engineering programs at SiGarden and leading a team of engineers at Intel. Piotr holds a Masters Degree in Electronic measurement and testing from Gdańsk University of Technology.
