Carolyn Das PMP has over 30 years of experience in project management. Carolyn started their career in 1986 as a Project Manager at Ameritech/SBC/AT&T, where they were responsible for the implementation of major communication projects on time, on budget, with exceptional customer service. Carolyn managed projects valued up to $3m. In 2002, they moved to United Cerebral Palsy of Metropolitan Detroit as the Parent Coordinator/Everyone Together Project, Director of Program Development. In this role, they developed parent advocacy groups across the state of Michigan to advocate for inclusive education for children with disabilities. The major outcome of the project's efforts was the State Board of Education's adoption of a policy framework called "Universal Education". In 2008, they joined Voice Data Systems as a Project Manager.
Carolyn Das PMP obtained their Diploma from Riverside High School in 1981. Carolyn then attended Michigan State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a B.A. in Telecommunications. In 2009, they earned their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, they obtained their CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
