Marketing Manager, Customer Retention and Analytics at Voice Systems Engineering

Kristin Chianese has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer retention. Kristin started their career in 1997 as a Marketing Representative at Prescient Systems. Kristin then joined Lenox in 1999 and held various roles such as Assistant Marketing Manager, Associate Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager, where they managed direct mail, telemarketing, and list segmentation for different channels. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Dow Jones as a Direct Mail Manager, overseeing monthly direct mail acquisition campaigns. Kristin then returned to Lenox as the Interactive Marketing Manager and later as the Director of Customer Retention. In these roles, they managed email marketing, website promotion, and coordination of product launches. Finally, they joined Voice Systems Engineering in 2010 as the Marketing Manager responsible for customer retention and analytics.

Kristin Chianese attended Thomas Jefferson University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management. Additionally, in February 2023, they obtained a certification as Contentsquare Certified from Contentsquare institution.
