Olga Arlou has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Olga started their career as a sales manager at White House Black Market in 2005 and worked there until 2010. After that, they joined Bebe Stores Inc. as a co-manager for a year. In 2011, they worked as a marketing intern at Edmund Optics for a few months.
In 2012, Olga joined Voice Systems Engineering as an assistant marketing manager and worked there until 2014. Olga then transitioned into the role of a digital marketing analyst, focusing on data-based decision making and website optimization. In 2017, they took on the additional responsibility of web optimization and became a digital marketing analyst and web optimization specialist.
Currently, Olga is the head of web optimization and digital analytics at Voice Systems Engineering. In their current role, they lead a team that focuses on improving digital conversions, engagement, and retention. Olga is responsible for building a winning experimentation strategy and driving impactful testing programs. Olga also focuses on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and customer journey improvements to acquire valuable insights about customers.
Olga Arlou completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in marketing and finance from Rutgers University - Camden, from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in sociology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as a Contentsquare Certified professional from Contentsquare in February 2023.
