Ava Kianzad has been working in the customer service industry since 2009. Ava began their career as a freelance travel advisor and planner for Self Employed. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Customer Service at Toiran.com. In 2018, they became a Global Connection Officer- Inside Sales at G Adventures. In 2021, Ava began working for Voiceflow as a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. Ava also works for Foodee as a Customer Success Manager, a leading corporate catering company with a customizable and scalable technology.
Ava Kianzad holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Service Management from Luleå University of Technology, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Allameh Tabataba'i University between 2007 and 2011. In addition, Ava has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Leadership through Feedback (September 2021), Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary) (February 2021), Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management (February 2021), Building Business Relationships (January 2021), Customer Success Management Fundamentals (January 2021), and Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management (January 2021). Ava also holds a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) from the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (Ontario's Travel Regulator), which they obtained in June 2019.
