Cisco Caceres has been working in the tech industry since 1996. Cisco started their career as the CEO and CTO of Core Logic Software, Inc., a consulting company during the dot com bubble. In 1998, they became the Chief Technology Officer of SmartChannels, LLC, where they designed and implemented an integrated content management, relationship management, project collaboration, personalization, and web publishing system. In 2004, they became the Chief Technology Officer of Einstrong, LLC, where they were involved in the prediction market. From 2014 to 2018, Caceres was the Co-Owner of Damn Good Pepper, the CTO & Co-Founder of VoiceMe.AI, and the Chief Technology Officer of ZettaZing, LLC, where they created a complete push platform. In 2017, they became the Chief Technology Officer of SmartEar, Inc., where they provided architecture leadership and implemented software for the platform. In 2020, they were the Chief Software Architect and Software Development Consultant for FortifID, Inc. Cisco is currently the Founder, Chief Technology Officer & Principal Developer of Barbarians LLC and the CTO & Co-Founder of VoiceBrain.

Cisco Caceres attended Granite Hills High School from 1986 to 1987, where they obtained a High School degree in General. Cisco then attended Coleman University from 1992 to 1993, studying Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Cisco also attended San Diego State University from 1993 to 1993, studying Computer Science.
