João Braga has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. João currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Voicemod, where they focus on recruiting professionals for various functions, with a particular emphasis on the gaming industry. João utilizes their extensive network and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with qualified candidates globally. Prior to their current role, João worked at Mercedes-Benz.io as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner. João also gained experience at Bose Corporation, where they served as an HR Staffing Specialist and previously as an HR Professional Intern. Additionally, João had internships at Galp and IKEA Group, where they worked in human resources.

João Braga began their education in 2011 at Cambridge College, where they obtained a Level One Certificate in ESOL International. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology.
