Juan Carlos Villasenor

Juan Carlos Villasenor has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Teacher at Teach For America and Voices Academy. Juan Carlos then became the Principal at VOICES COLLEGE BOUND LANGUAGE ACADEMY in 2015, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they held the role of Director Of Special Projects at Voices College-Bound Language Academies before being promoted to Managing Director of Schools in July 2022.

Juan Carlos Villasenor attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Latin American Studies/Spanish Literature. In 2009-2010, they also attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, focusing on Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, specifically Mexican literature of the 20th century.
