John Weinstein, CFP(R), MBA is currently the Managing Partner & Portfolio Manager at Decision Investments, where John focuses on individually managed portfolios to preserve wealth, create income, and grow clients' net worth in a risk and tax-managed environment. John also volunteers as a CASA for Voices for Children of San Diego and held a volunteer position as the Second Vice-President at La Jolla Town Council. Prior to their current role, John worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. John holds an MBA in Business and Marketing from The George Washington University.

Voices for Children transforms the lives of abused, neglected, or abandoned children in San Diego and Riverside Counties by providing them with trained, volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). We believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home, and to that end, will review and monitor every court file in the system, provide a CASA to every child in the foster care system who needs one, and advocate to improve the lives of San Diego County’s foster children.
