Stella Nderitu

Stella Nderitu is a seasoned professional in strategic initiatives and partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and Acting Deputy Executive Director at the Emerging Leaders Foundation since March 2022. With experience as Project Manager for the Public Service Emerging Leaders Fellowship and involvement in the National Advisory Committee for the DadaPower Initiative, Stella has demonstrated leadership in program oversight and organizational communication. As the founder of the Youth Agenda and a Board Member for ActionAid, Stella has a strong focus on youth organizing, activism, and governance. Previous roles include Programme Officer at Emerging Leaders Foundation and a Fellow in the Political Leadership and Governance Program at Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. Stella holds an MSc in Politics and Public Policy from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from the University of Nairobi.
