Rafa Torres García has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as an Assitance Industrial Design Researcher at Universidad de Málaga, where they primarily focused on a research project involving the development of a drone flight controller and the industrial design of a drone. Rafa also conducted research on 3D printing parameters during this time. In 2020, Rafa co-founded Voicit, a company that allows users to extract information from conversations, saving them time. In 2021, they joined Ortoplus as a UX/UI Junior Product Designer, where they contributed to product design and user experience. In addition, they also worked as an R&D Assistant at Ortoplus, assisting with research and development projects. Throughout their work experience, Rafa has demonstrated a strong background in industrial design, research, and product development.
Rafa Torres García's education history begins in 2016 when they enrolled at Universidad de Málaga to pursue an Engineer's degree in Industrial and Product Design. Rafa successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2020. During this time, from 2018 to 2019, Rafa also attended Universidad Politècnica de València (UPV) to further their knowledge in Industrial and Product Design.
In 2020, Rafa continued their educational journey at Universidad de Málaga, where they pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, which they completed in 2021.
In addition to their formal education, Rafa obtained certifications to enhance their language skills. In 2019, they obtained the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge, and in 2021, they furthered their English skills by obtaining the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the same institution.
