Inka Mero

Inka Mero is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Inka founded Voima Ventures, a Nordic deep tech VC fund, in March 2019 and currently serves as CEO and Managing Partner, focusing on supporting science-based startups in global market growth. Previously, Inka held multiple board roles, including at Musti Group, Nokian Tyres plc, Fiskars, and YIT, contributing to key corporate strategies and growth initiatives. Inka also founded and led KoppiCatch and Pivot5, both focusing on seed-stage investments and innovative growth strategies. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Economics, Technology Management, Finance, ICT, and International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
