Malin Carlstrom is a General Partner at Climentum Capital, where the focus is on investing in European startups that significantly reduce CO2 emissions. Currently serving as an angel investor and board member at Qvantum Industries, Carlstrom contributes to the development of innovative heating and cooling technologies aimed at decarbonization. Additional board memberships include Novatron Fusion Group AB, Kärnfull Next, and WAYOUT, all dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions. As a venture advisor at Voima Ventures and a senior advisor at NEA Partners, Carlstrom supports deep tech initiatives and ongoing innovation. Previous roles include Head of Ventures at ABB Technology Ventures, where substantial investments were made to further sustainable electrification technologies. Carlstrom holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, and Board Management from renowned institutions, including Chalmers University of Technology and University of Kent.
