Federica Avanzi

Federica Avanzi has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Federica is currently working as the Strategy Creator Director - Partner at VOIS.fm since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at RCS Academy starting from September 2019. From October 2019 to March 2021, Federica served as a Strategy and Creative Executive Advisor at Studio71 Italia. Before that, they held the position of Head of Sales, Partnership & Branded Content at Studio71 Italia from January 2018 to September 2019.

Federica has also worked at Il Sole 24 Ore as a Strategy and Creative Executive Advisor from October 2016 to October 2017. Prior to this role, they were the Creative Media Director at Il Sole 24 Ore from September 2014 to September 2016.

Federica has also gained valuable experience at Paramount International, where they worked as a Content, Creative & New Business Sr. Manager - @Creative Brand Solutions HUB from January 2013 to September 2014. Federica also served as the Key Client Sales and Sponsorship Sr. Manager - Brand Solutions Department at Paramount International from June 2008 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Media Planner at OMD Italy from March 2007 to May 2008 and as a Junior Media Planner at Dentsu from September 2005 to February 2007.

Federica began their professional journey at the Piccolo Teatro di Milano - Teatro d'Europa, where they worked as an Assistant Production for "Rwanda 94– Une tentative de réparation symbolique envers les morts" from August 2004 to October 2004. Prior to this, they gained experience as an Assistant Production for Teatri dello Sport 2004 (2nd and 3rd editions) at Associazione Teatri90 Progetti from April 2003 to August 2004.

Federica Avanzi completed their Master in Marketing Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they obtained their Laurea in Lettere e Filosofia with a specialization in Organizzazione ed Economia della Cultura from the same university. In 2014, Federica pursued further education in Yoga, completing a 500-hour training program in Hata Yoga, Yin Yoga, Sanscrito, Pranayama, and Meditazione at Yoga Alliance, which they completed in 2018.
