Decebal Bora

Decebal Bora has a wealth of experience in regulatory affairs, spanning over three decades. Decebal is currently serving as the Vice President Regulatory Strategy at Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS), where they are responsible for maintaining and growing the Service Unit (SU) in alignment with the company's strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at MorphoSys AG, where they coordinated the registration process. Decebal also served as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs (Global) at Promethera Biosciences, leading the department and establishing the company's footprint in various regions. Additionally, they worked as the Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs - EMEA at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., representing the company's interests and supporting its business development. Decebal Bora's extensive experience also includes roles at ActoGeniX N.V., Baxter R&D Europe, Roche, Biogen, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and the Centre Transfusion Sanguine des Armees. Decebal Bora obtained a Masters in Public Health with a focus on Health Law/Economics from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they completed a residency program in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine at the Centre de transfusion sanguine des armées (CTSA)/French Military Blood Transfusion Center - Clamart from 1993 to 1994. Decebal also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Université catholique de Louvain, which they earned between 1988 and 1993. Decebal'seducation journey began at Lycee a Bernay in 1987 before pursuing higher studies. Additionally, Decebal Bora has obtained additional certifications "Managing Teams" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2020.
