Markus Welsch

Markus Welsch currently serves as the Head of Process & Industrial Engineering for High Pressure Die Casting and Welding at VOIT Automotive GmbH since September 2021. Prior to this role, Markus held several positions at BRÜCK® from January 2009 to August 2021, including Head of Central Engineering, Head of Quality and Technology, and Head of Materials R&D and Process Engineering, contributing to product design, material qualifications, and process optimization. Markus's early career included a role as a Materials Engineer and as a scientific employee and doctoral candidate at Universität des Saarlandes, where Markus also engaged in teaching and research. Markus holds a Dr.-Ing. in Material Science and Engineering and a Diplom in Material Science from Universität des Saarlandes.
