Nick Ingle

Nick Ingle has extensive experience in various roles within the real estate and finance industries. Nick is currently the Vice President of Advisory Services at Voit Real Estate Services, where they successfully established a new service line and built the necessary infrastructure for future growth. Prior to that, Nick worked at InterContinental Hotels Group as the Manager of Global Strategy & Corporate Development, leading a team focused on the company's top strategic priorities. Nick also co-founded Yield Works Trading, a derivatives trading platform that provided automated investment solutions for retirement accounts. Additionally, Nick held a senior position at Jefferies, where they co-founded the capital markets group and facilitated over $4 billion in new business. Nick began their career as an Analyst at EY, specializing in real estate, hospitality, and construction.

Nick Ingle attended Arizona State University from 1995 to 2001, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. Additionally, from 1995 to 2000, they acquired a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. From 2015 to 2017, Nick pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Oxford.
