Andreas Bögershausen

Andreas Bögershausen is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Automation, Engineering and R&D and Director of Design, Engineering and Automation Non Contact Drying at Voith Group since May 2017. Prior to this role, Bögershausen held the position of Head of Mechanical Design at Voith Group and worked as a Projektingenieur at Voith Paper Krieger GmbH & Co. KG from June 2014 to April 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Konstruktionsingenieur at SI Schweitzer Ingenieurgesellschaft from July 2012 to June 2014 and an internship focused on the maintenance of PT6 turbines and various aircraft at Rheinland Air Service GmbH in late 2010. Bögershausen holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and completed studies at the University of Tennessee Space Institute from 2009 to 2010.
