Pierre-Samuel Dahan

Pierre-Samuel Dahan is an experienced Senior M&A and Tax Underwriter at Volante Global since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pierre-Samuel worked at Transact Risk Partners from 2019 to December 2022, focusing on drafting pricing terms and M&A insurance policies related to tax risks and due diligence. Earlier experience includes internships at Linklaters in tax and investment fund structuring, as well as international taxation roles at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Pierre-Samuel holds an MBA from the University of Amsterdam, a CAPA from EFB, and two master’s degrees in Tax Law and Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
