Steve Heeb

Steve Heeb is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Volante Senior Living since October 2022. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Area Director of Human Resources at Eclipse Senior Living from August 2018, following a tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at Elmcroft Senior Living from September 2013 until its acquisition by Eclipse in 2018. Steve's earlier career includes serving as Human Resources Director/Assistant Administrator at HCR ManorCare from February 2002 to September 2013, overseeing various operational aspects, and as Director of Human Resources at Nazareth Home from April 1992 to August 2001. Steve holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Kentucky University.
