Jerald A Jeffrey has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Long Term Substitute Teacher for the New York Dept Of Education. Jerald A then worked as a Field Services Engineer for Pioneer Business Systems/Brooklyn DA's office, where they were responsible for maintaining the autonomous network used for all printing. In 2016, they joined Tao Restaurant Group as an Infrastructure Administrator, overseeing hardware implementation and configuration, Mojo WIFI network deployment, and VOIP phone system management. Currently, Jerald is freelancing and contracting with SMBs as a Computer Security Specialist/IT/OT Security Consultant for ajTech Pro Managed Services, focusing on securing remote solutions and utilizing MDM and EMM software. In 2021, they also worked as a Project Implementation Specialist for Volanté Systems.

Jerald A Jeffrey's education history begins with their enrollment at the Community College of Rhode Island from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Engineering. Jerald A then pursued further education at Providence College, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2002 to 2005.

In 2022, Jerald attended the Zero To Mastery Academy, where they received a certificate in Certified Ethical Hacking.
