Mark Crowley

Mark Crowley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark is currently employed at Volante Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer since 2020. In this role, they have built a finance function to support the company's rapid growth, raised significant funding rounds, negotiated a line of credit, and redesigned revenue and cash forecast models.

Prior to joining Volante Technologies, Mark served as the Vice President of Finance at Fuze from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they held the position of VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Care.com from 2016 to 2017, where they led financial due diligence for a substantial investment. Mark also served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Constant Contact from 2011 to 2016, leading corporate FP&A and managing the financial due diligence and merger integration effort for a billion-dollar acquisition.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Verizon Communications as a Senior Manager in Finance and Strategic Planning from 2001 to 2011. Mark also gained experience at A.T. Kearney as an Associate from 1997 to 2001 and at Lehman Brothers as a Financial Analyst in M&A from 1994 to 1996.

Mark Crowley attended Brandeis University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science. Mark then pursued further education at MIT Sloan School of Management from 1996 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
