Natalia Vergara Medina began their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Service Agent at Aeromexico, where they assisted passengers with itinerary changes, flight reservations, and other ticket-related concerns. Natalia then joined JetBlue Airways in 2017 as an Airport Operations Agent, overseeing reservations, ticketing, check-in, and baggage service while actively participating in corporate social responsibility activities.

In 2018, Natalia joined Volante Technologies as an Operation Assistant and Marketing LATAM. Natalia spearheaded the development of product renewals and collection processes, successfully completing 100% of renewals in 2020 and generating significant revenue. Their exceptional performance in operations earned their recognition for strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Within Volante Technologies, Natalia later became the Marketing Lead, LatAm.
