Ana Maria Escobar

Ana Maria Escobar has had a long and varied career in business and management. Ana Maria began their career in 1996 as an Analyst Business Processes at Bancolombia. In 1998, they moved to Aces, where they worked as Manager of Revenue Management. Ana Maria then moved to Avianca in 2002, where they worked as Manager of International Pricing & Revenue Management. In 2004, they began working at Global Air Consulting Corp as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. In 2008, they returned to Sabre Airline Solutions as a Solution Partner, where they were responsible for selling multi-million-dollar technology solutions for airlines. In 2015, they moved to Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A., where they served as Vice President Pricing and Revenue Management. In 2017, they returned to Sabre Airline Solutions as Vice President and General Manager for Latin America. Most recently, in 2023, they began working at Volantio as Product and Sales VP.

Ana Maria Escobar obtained their Engineer degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Colombia between 1992 and 1997. Ana Maria then completed a Postgraduate in International Marketing from Universidad EAFIT between 2000 and 2002. In 2012, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School. In 2020, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, "Agile Foundations" in April and "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" in March.
