Aaraf Dewan

Aaraf Dewan is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Volaris Group since May 2024, Aaraf has previously held significant roles including Director of Legal Counsel at Circle Cardiovascular Imaging and Legal Counsel at Husky Injection Molding Systems, where responsibilities included managing international patent portfolios and drafting commercial agreements. Aaraf founded Patentech, leading the development of an invention disclosure utility, and served as an Intellectual Property Lawyer at Own Innovation. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and a Master’s Degree in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa.
