Austin Smith

Austin Smith is an experienced finance professional with a background in mergers and acquisitions, fixed income analysis, and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Director of M&A at Volaris Group, Austin previously held positions as a Fixed Income Analyst at SEI, an Equity Analyst at the University of Rhode Island, and a Corporate Finance Intern at Vanguard. In addition to professional roles, Austin has contributed as a Volunteer Coach for Tredyffrin Township. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island, completed between 2010 and 2014.
