Jessie Kent is a Proposals Manager at VOLATIA, responsible for executing the proposal process from start to finish, preparing and submitting proposals to clients, and tracking RFP data and win rates since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Project Manager for Bids & Contracts at Badger Meter, where project oversight and workflow management were key responsibilities, and as Operations Manager at Carolina Meter & Supply, where product lead-times and cost reduction strategies were implemented. Additional roles at Carolina Meter & Supply included Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager, focusing on customer service excellence and sales processes. Jessie holds a Certificate in Project Management and an Associate's degree in Art Teacher Education from Cape Fear Community College, along with additional education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Campbell University.
