Brittah Springer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Brittah started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where they conducted research and documented findings about Google's newest technology. Brittah then worked at Bar Louie as a Restaurant Trainer and Bartender, where they managed multiple parties, trained new employees, and increased bar sales.
After that, they joined Un-Cruise Adventures as a Bartender, where they served a variety of beverages and maintained the cleanliness of the bar space. Brittah later became a Hospitality Sales Associate at Marriott International, providing excellent service and creating unique experiences for guests.
Brittah also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Casper Children's Center, where they managed social media strategies and redesigned the website. At OMNI Brewing Co., they served as both a Taproom Manager and a Marketing Manager, guiding the bartending team, organizing events, and increasing the brand's social media presence.
Brittah then worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Express Writers, creating graphics and designs for various brands. Later, they joined Mountain Air Marketing as a Social Media & SEO Account Manager, where they managed social media, web design, and SEO strategies for clients. Brittah increased revenue for a national CBD client and implemented SEO strategies that significantly increased organic web traffic.
Most recently, Brittah worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Eleven Experience, managing digital data-driven efforts and overseeing the website, SEO strategy, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Currently, Brittah works as a Marketing Manager at Volato, where they oversee marketing initiatives.
